Mastering the Digital Era: Computer Club

In today’s technology-driven world, digital literacy is a fundamental skill. The Tenri Computer Club is designed to introduce students to the essential tools of computing and help them transition from passive technology consumers to active digital creators.

Students begin by learning computer basics, including hardware components, operating system navigation, file management, and proper keyboard typing techniques. As they advance, they explore productive office software (word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools), digital art creation, and safe internet browsing practices (cybersecurity and netiquette).

Our modern computer lab provides hands-on experience, allowing each student to practice at their own pace. Through engaging projects, such as designing newsletters, creating slide presentations, and editing basic graphics, students build practical skills that will support their academic journeys and prepare them for a technology-centered future.
